Calverton Shopping Center - Carrollton Development Group

Carrollton Development Group (CDG) is pleased to announce the completion of the full façade renovation at Calverton Shopping Center! This renovation included a complete redesign of the exterior façade to modernize the look of the shopping center to lead design trends. A new steel shade structure is now in place along Beltsville Drive that creates an inviting outdoor seating area for the guests of the center and promotes better visibility and marketing opportunities for the tenants as well. The improvements also included a reface of the pylon sign with new bright LED fixtures.

CDG is also pleased to announce a new grocery anchor to Calverton Shopping Center: Grocery Outlet which opened on July 11, 2024.
